Varna University of Management (VUM)

VUM has established itself as a modern higher education business school that regards its students as its most important asset.

VUM is an international college. In this respect, it offers a range of programmes which are completely taught in English, as well as programmes in Bulgarian. Its graduates are given the opportunity to receive internationally recognized diplomas from prestigious European VUM partner universities. As part of the study programmes at VUM the students have to complete a compulsory summer internship related to their studies.

Double Degrees are also offered by the partnerships of VUM with other European universities as University College Birmingham (UK), Stenden University (the Netherlands), Harstadt University (Norway), Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Saint Etienne (France). After the second year, students have the opportunity to continue their education in one of the universities and upon successful completion to receive a diploma from IUC and the respective foreign university.

VUM developed a Research Institute which publishes two scientific journals. According to Scopus the European Journal of Tourism Research (in subject category Tourism) places Bulgaria in top 5 countries in the world, which publish journals in this subject and this position it among the most prestigious journals
