RIT’s Saunders College of Business delivers a unique and personal experience for future business leaders looking to make an impact in a dynamic global environment. Accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International, business degrees are at the center of a technology university, complemented by thought-leading business research and extensive resources in arts, design, innovation, entrepreneurship, and science.
Saunders College of Business is one of nine Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) colleges. With a 95% career outcomes rate, students gain real-world business experiences through applied learning, capstone programs, and paid internships. Our Career Services office boasts vast employer contacts as one of the largest and oldest cooperative education programs of its kind, ranked #11 nationally.
The business school is located in the green, beautiful suburbs of Rochester, New York, and offers features of a major metropolitan city. On the southern shores of The Great Lakes and famous Finger Lakes Vineyards, Saunders is a day's drive to Toronto, New York City, Boston, Detroit, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia.
Saunders' new renovation and expansion doubles its footprint and delivers the latest state-of-the-art facilities inspired by industry.
Global Reach
Recognized and ranked internationally, Saunders is home to more than 2,500 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in programs across RIT Global Campuses in Rochester, New York, Croatia, Dubai, Kosovo, and China. With a growing global network of more than 25,000 Saunders College and 136,000 RIT alums, students make connections almost anywhere. They are encouraged to meet with devoted alums, dedicated professors, and driven peers.

At Saunders, students come first. A dedicated staff of academic, career, and library advisors helps coach students to achieve their career goals. They get personalized attention from accessible and supportive faculty who, as thought leaders, support their professional and personal growth and who get to know them by name. Industry advisory boards help ensure courses are continually updated to meet the needs of future employers, while board members serve as mentors and speakers.
Creativity and Innovation
Students access the vast resources of a leading technology university. Research Centers include RIT’s Simone Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, which brings business, engineering, computing, and design students together to create businesses from conception to commercialization through activities and competitions such as RIT Tiger Tank and the RIT Accelerator. The Construct, a rapid-prototyping maker space, is open to all students, faculty, and alums. MAGIC Spell Studios provides a fully functional film sound stage and production facilities for media production and design. The ESL Global Cybersecurity Institute keeps RIT at the nexus of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence research and education. While our Venture Creations incubator helps students attract venture capital to fund their startups.

Faculty thought leaders publish their research in elite academic journals. Research highlights illustrate Saunders' research that has a meaningful impact on the world around us, including wearable tech, innovation and sustainability, algorithm trading in exchange-traded funds, new investment strategies, ethics and uncovering fake Amazon reviews.
