Professor Dr. Elina GAILE-SARKANE Dean of the FEEM:
FEEM provides programmes at all levels in various fields of management and economics – human resources management, civil construction and real estate management, urban and regional economics, customs and tax administration, international business relations, occupational safety, quality and process management, marketing, logistics, finance, entrepreneurship and start-up, etc. The mission of the FEEM is fostering development of entrepreneurs, cross-disciplinary system and technology managers who create and support innovative and sustainable environment for integration and development of management, economics, engineering, safety and other disciplines.
Study process is oriented towards learning by doing or learning by developing and establishment of an integrated theoretical knowledge base, students develop competencies in new product design and technology transfer, develop their business ideas, raise start-up financing and establish spin-off enterprises.

Riga Business School (RBS) has worked within RTU since 1991. It was established in cooperation among RTU, State University of New York at Buffalo, USA, and University of Ottawa, Canada.
MBA programs are envisaged for experienced specialists and managers willing to obtain an internationally recognized degree. After secondary school, students can enrol for the Bachelor program and obtain a degree in international business management (BBA – Bachelor of Business Administration). RBS Bachelor program offers students the opportunity to obtain a double degree diploma from RTU and either BI Norwegian Business School or the University of Buffalo. The School has more than 1,100 alumni, who have achieved managerial positions in Latvia and abroad.
